History of Calibachi

Calibachi is a mentality! Alchemy are its roots. Using locally sourced products at the peak of freshness, we are on a quest to bring you the “Golden Plate!” In 1996 on a backpacking trip in Europe, sitting on the banks of  the Seine River in France, an agreement was forged between two high school pals. Andres is the business! Owner of multiple successful businesses, Andres has the drive and direction which will push Calibachi above the rest. Mark is the flavor! He has been working in professional kitchens from DTLA to SFO for over 15 years.  This guy knows how to cook. Here at Calibachi we understand clean fuel equals clean energy.  Turning organic base product into edible gold is our mission.  Come and enjoy our creation.
